CALIBRATE ENGAGEMENT
Schedule call with us to review terms, process and our due diligence. We will review asset types with you and provide a proforma with returns based on your interest. One you have reviewed and we answer any questions we sign an LOI.

FINALIZE DOCS
At this stage all docs will be submitted to you for legal / accounting review. Once vetted and all questions are answered we sign a Purchasing Contract between LA Solar Group and the newco.

CAPTURE BENEFITS
Upon payment to LA Solar Group, the projects and tax credits will be considered purchased by the partner. All projects within our portfolio will be assigned and we will setup access to the portal for tracking power generation. Additionally we will setup ACH for monthly dividend wires.
